Trade should work both ways.
A client pays for quality. A factory owes exactly that in return. We exist to make sure that deal is honored — on every order, every time.
See Who We Work WithOne shipment that shouldn’t have gone out.
I grew up around trade. My family has been in business for as long as I can remember — negotiating, sourcing, and building trust with clients were simply part of everyday life. By the time I got to university, I already knew I wanted to build something of my own. I just hadn’t found the reason yet.
Before It
Ships — Our Standard —
That reason came during an international trade internship. I watched a factory receive a batch of raw materials that didn’t meet specification — and instead of pausing to fix the problem, the decision was made to ship anyway, hoping the client wouldn’t notice.
It wasn’t that one factory was uniquely dishonest. It was a gap I kept seeing across the industry — between shipping on time, and shipping right.
Clients paid for quality. Too often, what they got instead was a compromise they never agreed to, and never even knew about. That gap is the reason Pampas exists.
Trade is a basic deal. We just make sure it’s kept.
A fair price — enough margin for the factory to run a real business.
A product that actually meets the standard it was paid for.
We don’t see our role as “finding the cheapest supplier.” We see it as standing where our clients can’t — on the factory floor, at the point of material sourcing, at final inspection — so that what ships is exactly what was promised. No surprises, no quiet substitutions, no crossed fingers.
Four habits, on every order.
Verify, not assume
Materials, specs, and suppliers are checked at the source.
Catch it before it ships
Rework happens on the factory floor, not in your inbox.
Accountable to you
Our incentive is a long-term relationship, not one shipment.
We hold the friction
Sourcing, QC, logistics — we sit in the middle so you don’t have to.
Across pharma, luxury, beauty, fashion, travel & more.
Each partnership below taught us something different about what “reliable” really means to a client — and we’ve built our process around those lessons.
